- Candidate must have a reliable vehicle, valid drivers license
- Candidate must have a clean criminal record
- Candidate must be insurable and bondable
- Candidate must also speak and read English well
- Candidate must have a clean and professional appearance at all times, as well as clean living habits, realizing that work time is work time, and social time is social time

This is a contract position, that offers some flexibility, but also requires a reasonable, and consistent time commitment, as well as some flexibility from the candidate applying. Serious applicants only need apply. WHIMIS and First Aid certification, and experience is an asset.
